These extinguishers
contain an AFFF foam solution, giving excellent Class A and Class B
fire extinguishing capability. Model 250 is fitted with an
aspirating branch pipe whilst models 256 and 259 are supplied with a
patented spray nozzle for easy and effective application.
All models are manufactured with a stainless steel body, fitted with
heavy duty chrome plated brass valves and stainless steel handles.
Approved for use on shipping under SOLAS and IMO regulations. (Model
250)
Red models are Kitemarked and BAFE approved to BS EN3. Polished
finishes are also available.
Certified under the European Marine Directive (Model 250)
Models 256 and 259 have passed the 35KV electrical conductivity test specified in BS EN3.
